In order to cut different hardness stone more efficiently, this machine uses a frequency converter to adjust the speed of the main motor, so that the walking line speed automatically accelerates when cutting soft stones and slows down when cutting hard stones.
In order to further reduce the loss of the Diamond Segments, this machine adopts an industrial design of four-wheel drive and constant speed, which increases the cutting speed of this Quarry Stone Cutting Machine.

High Stability Working

It is customized according to harsh working conditions such as excessive dust and unstable voltage in the quarry. Important components are from well-known brands such as Siemens, such as: Siemens Switches for buttons and Shilin Contactors from Taiwan.
Permanent Magnet synchronous motors generate less heat than ordinary asynchronous motors, are smaller in size, have durable bearings and have a long service life. The permanent magnet synchronous motor has the characteristics of constant rotation. According to the characteristics of the stone and the size of the saw blade, the number of rotations of the motor can be selected to increase the output.
